Airport transportation policy
- Cancelations made three (3) days or more before the arrival date are subject to at 5% cancelation charge.
- Cancelations less than two (2) days before the arrival date will be charged in full.
- There are no refunds for “no shows” at the airport on the day that transportation service is scheduled.

and have on hand the following information → - Hours of Operation:
- 24 hours, 365 days a year
- Complete name of the traveler
- Record locator
- Confirmation code (which you received via email)
