How to get your invoice

  1. Click on the Invoicing link that will appear when you complete your reservation, on your email confirmation or on the check reservation section.

    Click on “Create Invoice”

  2. Choose the description you want for every item on you invoice and type the requested information

  3. Ready! You may download your invoice in PDF or XML format and you will also receive a copy on your email.

What happens if I cancel my reservation after I received my invoice?

If you cancel your reservation, you will receive a credit note on your email. If you were penalized, you can request an invoice for that amount.

How much time do I have to request my invoice?

You may request your invoice up to 60 days after your purchase.

I made a mistake typing my information, what do I do?

Call us and we will cancel your invoice. Once you receive the credit note you can request your invoice again.
