Alegranza Luxury Resort – All Master Suites is a resort with condos located high up on the golf course of San José, thus offers views of the sea and the estuary, 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) from the Bike Park SanJo MTB, 1.5 kilometers (0.9 mi) from downtown San José del Cabo, and 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). This hotel in San José del Cabo has 95 guest rooms distributed in six five-story buildings with elevator. Each residence is fully furnished and decorated in three different styles, with two or three bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sitting and dining areas, and balcony. Each condo is also fitted with WiFi and satellite TV. Penthouses, in addition, have a terrace on the second floor with a Jacuzzi, a bar, and a gas grill. Housekeeping service is offered once a week at no extra charge for stays of seven nights. The property includes three pools, a restaurant, a fitness center, two large Jacuzzis, a sauna, a tennis court, a golf practice area, and a barbecue. Concierge assistance is available for grocery shopping as well as the services of a personal chef and information about different activities. Enjoy a large and comfortable private residence with all services and amenities of a 5-star hotel. ***The hotel will charge 10% resort fee on the stay rate. ***Upon check-in the hotel will charge directly a $500.00 USD deposit, which will be refunded whenever rooms have no damages or require extra cleaning. The charge is per room, per stay. ***Before your trip, please check directly with the national government the entry and stay requirements of the country you are visiting.
