The property has meeting spaces to celebrate weddings and other events, a fitness center, a tour desk, and cabins that offer Spa services. Suites have a terrace with ocean view, and some of them include a Jacuzzi. The hotel is located in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) is 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) away. Los Muertos Beach is across the street from the hotel.
