The villas are designed with natural materials and include a mosaic bathtub with water from the hotel's sinkhole and a handmade woven Balinese hanging bed on the wooden terrace. All villas have wireless internet access, mosquito nets, safes, and air conditioning. Some villas feature round beds. The property is located 5 kilometers (3 mi) from downtown Tulum, 6 kilometers (3.7 mi) from the archaeological zone, and 67 kilometers (41 mi) from Playa del Carmen.
