The resort offers large suites and a huge pool, all of them offering panoramic ocean views. The main restaurant at the hotel has been awarded for 10 consecutive years and offers gourmet French dishes and live Jazz music. The hotel offers deluxe services ideal for leisure and business travelers and an executive floor with a 270-degree view of the Caribbean Sea and a 4,000-square meter (43,056 sq ft) spa with a 10-step hydrotherapy circuit with innovative treatments with gems. The 5 haute cuisine restaurants serve specialties ranging from Mexican cuisine up to seafood. The 602 suites are fitted with marble floors and a panoramic balcony. The Grand Club category offers special amenities and services such as private check-in, customized concierge assistance, culinary shows, and exclusive VIP areas such as the terrace and the lounge. The hotel has a pool that occupies a large part of the beachfront area, a children’s club with high-tech activities, and more than 3,000 square meters (32,292 sq ft) for events. The hotel is ideal for shopping and enjoying the nightlife since it is a few steps from Plaza Caracol, where you will find a supermarket, deluxe shops, and jewelry stores; as well as Forum by the Sea mall and the famous Coco Bongo nightclub. If you want to go to Isla Mujeres, just take the ferry that leaves from a pier located a short distance from the hotel.
