About hotel

Hard Rock is a family all-inclusive beachfront hotel in the hotel zone of Cancun. This rock theme property offers activities for the whole family, as well as a music lab with guitar or drum lessons. The rooms offer a menu with 20 Fender® electric guitars. Facilities include four pools, one of them with the shape of a lagoon and one for children with games. The five restaurants serve gourmet international cuisine and Mexican and Asian specialties, and the seven bars and lounges serve drinks, cocktails, and national and imported wines. The tennis court, the fitness center, and the spa are also available for guests. The 600 luxury rooms and suites offer 42-inch flat screen TVs, a minibar with soft drinks, juices, water and domestic beer, and an express coffee machine. The bathrooms have a hydromassage tub and Rock Spa® amenities. Additionally, the suites offer ocean or lagoon view from their private balconies. The hotel also provides free WiFi, personalized assistance services, and 24-hour room service. Children will have fun in The Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club™, an interactive area equipped with musical instruments and a mini movie theater, while young people will spend a great time at a video games area. The property is located in the hotel zone of Cancun, with easy access to the beach of the Caribbean Sea, just 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) from Plaza Kukulcán, housing famous brands and jewelry stores and the Luxury Avenue. The hotel is 3 kilometers (1.8 mi) from La Isla Shopping Village, one of the most popular malls in the city, 6 kilometers (3.7 mi) from Coco Bongo and The City nightclubs, Plaza Forum, and Plaza Caracol shopping centers.
