Its restaurants serve from Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine up to Asian and Mexican specialties. The bars are distributed along the property and serve cocktails and premium drinks. Facilities include 2 outdoor heated pools, one of them of Olympic size, a whirlpool tub, a fitness center, and the option to practice pilates, yoga, and tennis. The 524 suites include beachfront suites and suites with direct access to the pool. All accommodations have a private balcony, a whirlpool tub, a sitting area, 55-inch Smart TV, and minibar restocked daily. The spa has a hydrotherapy area, a variety of massages, a steam room, sauna, and temascal. The hotel offers a daily entertainment program with activities, themed parties, night shows, and open air activities. For meetings, the property offers conference facilities for 350 guests. The hotel is 600 meters (1,968 ft) from Mamitas Beach and its beachfront restaurants and bars, 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) from the pier that offers ferry service to the island of Cozumel, and 65 kilometers (40.4 mi) from the Archaeological Site of Tulum, the only ruins located on the seashore.
