The property is located on the Playa Linda hotel zone, right in front of the Ixtapa Island, at a 20-minute drive from Zihuatanejo and 10 minutes from Ixtapa´s shopping area. Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo international Airport (ZIH) is 30 kilometers (18.6 mi) from the hotel. The hotel offers 154 guestrooms throughout 10 low-rise buildings surrounded by green areas. Amenities include air conditioning, balcony or terrace, cable TV, direct dial telephone, and private bathroom with shower. Services at the hotel include two freshwater pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a game room, 2 tennis courts, a main restaurant, a snack bar, and conference facilities.
