Riu Palace Riviera Maya - All Inclusive is a beachfront family hotel in Playa del Carmen, in the Riviera Maya, within the exclusive Playacar resort, only 300 meters (984 ft) from the golf club. The hotel is 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) from downtown Playa del Carmen and Fifth Avenue, a famous pedestrian street with a variety of stores and bars. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 58 kilometers (36 mi) away. This all-inclusive hotel in Playa del Carmen has 400 suites equipped with balcony or terrace, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, in-room safe for laptop, minibar, and liquor dispenser. Some suites enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi. Restaurants at the hotel serve Mexican, Japanese, Italian, and fusion cuisine. There are also a number of bars, including a sports bar open all day long. Facilities include three pools where a complimentary diving lesson takes place, a Jacuzzi, a children´s pool with slides, and a wellness area for adults equipped with a fitness center, a sauna, and a jacuzzi, as well as a spa that invites to relax.
