The property is only 250 meters (820 ft) from Gustavo Rojas Pinilla International Airport (ADZ), 1 kilometer (0.6 mi) from Spratt Bight, the most popular public beach of San Andrés; and 3 kilometers (1.9 mi) from Old Point Mangrove National Park, a natural area that houses 80% of the marine species of the island. ***Local and foreign tourists visiting the island of San Andrés must pay a mandatory entrance fee known as the Tourist Card.
