The Beachfront by The Fives offers an intimate and exclusive getaway in the Riviera Maya. This adult-only boutique hotel is located on Xcalacoco Beach, which enjoys soft white sands, crystal-clear waters, and lush vegetation. The 31 guest rooms at the property are fitted with balcony or terrace to enjoy the seascape. Some accommodations have direct access to the pool, others are directly located in front of the beach, and there are presidential suites designed to satisfy all of your senses, with Jacuzzi. In addition, the hotel accepts pets (fees and restrictions apply). Facilities include an outdoor pool, a restaurant, and a bar. Guest rooms are decorated in elegant and beachy style, with harmonious atmosphere and butler service. All accommodations are equipped with minibar, coffeemaker, air conditioning, in-room safe, flat-screen TV, and free WiFi. The property is located on an urban development at the access to Playa del Carmen, 10 kilometers (6.2 mi) from Fifth Avenue and the pier with ferry service to the island of Cozumel. Xcaret Park is 17 kilometers (10.6 mi) away, while Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 52 kilometers (31.3 mi) from the hotel. ***The local government has a mandatory tax of $26.06 MXN or $1.40 USD per room, per night, payable directly to the hotel. ***Before your trip, please check with the national government the entry and stay requirements of the country you are visiting.
