THE VILLAS at Island Reserve Cap Cana is an adult-only section with 40 villas within the Island Reserve Cap Cana Resort, on Juanillo Beach, in Cap Cana. These deluxe villas are distributed in 10 sets of 2-floor buildings, each with four villas; there is lagoon-type pool and a bar with hanging chairs in the middle of each set, exclusive for this section. Some villas have direct access to the pool, and all of them are fitted with private bathroom with rain shower and tub, Smart TV, WiFi, and the ability to customize the minibar with beverages and snacks from Joe Merchant's Coffee & Provisions. Registered guests at the villas also have access to the 10 restaurants and five bars at the resort which are part of the all-inclusive plan, including the local brewery, as well as the activities program that consists of sports tournaments and beach and pool sports such as volleyball, kayaking, snorkeling, a diving demo in the pool, yoga, and functional training. The resort feature two pools, a fitness center, a Spa, and offers wedding planning service. The property is 11 kilometers (6.8 mi) from BlueMall Puntacana, 16 kilometers (10 mi) from Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park & Reserve, and 25 kilometers (15.5 mi) from Manatí Park, where you can swim with manatees.
