PRICETRAVEL started its operations in the Mexican city of Cancun in the year 2000. Our team is composed of people from various nations such as Mexico, Argentina, Austria, Germany, and the United States, bringing together over 60 years of experience in different areas of expertise, including internet, travel, tourism, and sales.

PRICETRAVEL was one of the first online travel agencies to sign commercial agreements with some of the most important hotel chains, such as Occidental Resorts, Camino Real, and Riu. Additionally, in 2002, we added the sale of airline tickets and transportation services to our offerings. By December 2008, our customer service point had tripled in size. In 2009, we signed agreements with Interjet, Mexicana de Aviación, and Aeroméxico to offer our customers special rates. We also opened offices in Acapulco and Puerto Vallarta.

The majority of the technology used by PRICETRAVEL has been developed by our team, which is constantly improving every aspect of our portal, PriceTravel.com.mx. Most improvements come directly from customer suggestions and feedback.

In 2011, we formalized this effort by beginning the certification process as a socially responsible company. On March 1, 2012, we officially obtained the ESR© Distinction from the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (Cemefi).

We Support Causes that Promote Well-being

We support organizations whose objective is to promote human or environmental well-being through volunteer programs or as active members. This effort began in 2012 with volunteer programs in Cancun, Mexico, and the signing of the Tourism Sector Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents Against Sexual Exploitation.
