Acceptance of the terms and conditions

If by law these terms are declared invalid or unenforceable, they shall still apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and all other provisions of the terms shall remain in force and binding.


For all purposes of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, the following definitions shall be understood:

  • Travel Agency (Operator) - Company BTC AMERICAS CORPORATION, which hires and/or acts as an intermediary through its reservation page for the benefit of a "USER", in respect of tourist services provided directly by a final SUPPLIER, hereinafter referred to as "PRICETRAVEL".
  • Website - - Website owned by BTC AMERICAS CORPORATION, who acts as an intermediary, offering via internet to the "USER", the various tourist services provided directly by a PROVIDER, hereinafter referred to as the "SITE".
  • User or customer - Person using the "SITE" in order to make use of the intermediation and the reservation engine of "PRICETRAVEL", in order to enjoy any of the tourist services provided directly by the final SUPPLIER, hereinafter referred to as "USER".
  • Provider - A natural or legal person who directly provides tourist services to the "USER", contracted, booked or acquired by the latter through the intermediation and booking engine of the "SITE"

It consists of the INTERMEDIATION that will exist between the PRICETRAVEL website The "USER" and the SUPPLIERS, in which PRICETRAVEL for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, will act solely and exclusively as an INTERMEDIARY, from its operations center located in the City of Cancun, Quintana Roo, providing The "USER" through its "SITE" in a more unrestricted manner, the service of Reservation of ground and air transportation; Reservation in hotels and accommodation establishments; Reservation of travel packages; Reservation of cars; excursions, cruises, among others, so once the reservations are confirmed to the "USER" by PRICETRAVEL containing the tourist services chosen by the "USER" (according to their availability) will be concluded with the provision of the intermediary service by PRICETRAVEL through its "SITE" , since such tourist services will be provided to The "USER" by the SUPPLIERS directly.

In this sense, the user understands that the intermediary service provided by Pricetravel is solely and exclusively focused on helping him find information about travel services and be able to book them through the SITE, this being the only express responsibility towards the End User, therefore it is understood that the service provided by Pricetravel is limited to the operation of the SITE and the transactions made through this, but not so of the travel experience.

Our site is not a recommendation, suggestion, endorsement and/or guarantee from any final supplier, their products, services, facilities, vehicles etc. so the Final Supplier is solely responsible for the travel experience.

Reservation Policies

The rates shown on the "SITE" Web , will be maintained only in the case that the user reserves and complies with the specified payment policies, otherwise the rates may vary, unless there is a manifest error in the displayed and paid rate. A reservation is considered complete, when the "USER" has provided all the necessary data and has the confirmation number. At the time of booking, the "USER" authorizes PRICETRAVEL to validate the card data provided during the transaction and expressly confirms knowing and accepting the Terms and Conditions, as well as the privacy policy of PRICETRAVEL. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. In some cases, availability has to be checked directly with the reservation department of the PROVIDER before the reservation can be confirmed to the USER. PRICETRAVEL will take a maximum of 24 Hours to perform such availability and confirmation verification. In order to avoid setbacks, the "USER" must save their booking number in order to print the travel support documents that PRICETRAVEL will issue.

If the "USER" wishes to change or cancel your reservation, you must contact any of our PRICETRAVEL Call Center (Reservation Center) Advisors, mentioning your reservation number. PRICETRAVEL suggests you carefully read the clause corresponding to the CANCELLATION POLICIES. Any reservation changes are subject to availability and re-quote rates. For more information, the "USER" should contact the Travel Advisor of our Call Center (Reservation Center) of PRICETRAVEL, mentioning your reservation number. Any reservation confirmed by PRICETRAVEL provides a confirmation, which must be kept by the "USER" at all times.

The price of the services contracted through the SITE will be displayed before processing the payment and entering the bank details to make the payment. Unless there is a manifest error, understood by manifest error any price that is offered far below or above the prices commercially accepted with direct competitors. In case there is a manifest error the end user will be given the opportunity to keep with the reservation by paying the correct price, otherwise the reservation will be canceled and the amounts paid will be refunded without penalty. Payment policies

The total amount corresponding to your reservation will be immediately charged by PRICETRAVEL to the credit card details provided by the "USER" for this purpose, provided that the status of your reservation shows that it is confirmed, and will appear in your statement with the legend: PRICETRAVEL or with the equivalent legend to the PROVIDER, except in some reservations that include airline tickets where two charges may appear. (a) The first for the cost of air tickets and (b) the second for other services booked, such as: Hotel, transfers, taxes, fees and others. These charges will be reflected with the legend PRICETRAVEL, with the legend AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, DEFERRED CHARGE, or with the legend equivalent to the PROVIDER and the name corresponding to the "AIRLINE" or SERVICE PROVIDER.

For the payment of your reservation, we accept Visa Credit Card, MasterCard and American Express. If the "USER" does not have any of these credit cards, you can send us a bank transfer by contacting our Travel Advisors.

The rates published on our "SITE" are quoted in various types of currencies, which are duly specified at the time. Rates in Mexican Pesos will be charged in Mexican Pesos. In the case of any other currency, the transaction amount will be converted to US Dollars at the exchange rate prevailing on the date of the transaction.

PRICETRAVEL informs that some banks and credit card issuers impose charges for international operations, which may vary from time to time in addition to any taxes required under applicable law. If the reservation is being made with a SUPPLIER outside of Mexico using a credit or debit card from Mexico, the Bank may convert the amount payable to the local currency and charge the USER a conversion fee. In addition, the exchange rate used by the bank may be different to the rate displayed in our currency converter. This means that the amount credited to the USER’s credit card statement may be in Mexican pesos and may be an amount different from that shown on the billing summary page for a reservation made on the "SITE". The exchange rate and the charge for the international transaction are determined only by the USER’s bank on the day the transaction is processed.

When consulting the travel itinerary, the billing section can also be consulted and the corresponding taxi invoice generated.

In some of the tourist destinations there may be established by local laws certain rights, taxes, benefits, fees for use of facilities which are collected directly in the destination by the final suppliers, so the user is aware that these amounts may be charged in addition to the final price paid to Pricetravel, and no refund can be claimed from Pricetravel.

Some banks and card-issuing institutions may impose charges for international or cross-border transactions, such as in the case of a reservation made with a card issued in a country other than the end-provider location or if the end-user chooses that the transaction is made in a currency other than the local currency of the service provided by Pricetravel, the credit card issuing institution may charge a charge for the international or cross-border transaction.

Similarly, some banks and card-issuing institutions impose currency conversion charges, these charges are not made by Pricetravel and PriceTravel has no obligation to the end user.

If you have any questions regarding these charges or the exchange rate applied to the reservation the end user should contact their bank or institution issuing the card used for the payment of the service.

Monitoring and review of the information provided by the "USER" at the time of payment of the services

PRICETRAVEL, through its Risk Verification Department may monitor and review a reservation made by the "USER" when it is considered high risk. A reservation is considered to be of high risk, when the PRICETRAVEL system detects, that the data provided by "The USER" at the time of payment of your reservation are false or incorrect or the institution issuing the credit card detects any discrepancy in the data entered by the "USER".

In such a situation, PRICETRAVEL will immediately contact "THE USER", in order to collate and validate the information provided by the latter. In case "THE USER" does not validate the requested information, PRICETRAVEL will proceed to cancel the reservation and make the corresponding refund.

General cancellation policies

PRICETRAVEL reserves the right to contract on behalf of the "USER", the services to which it refers and which are specified in these Terms and Conditions precisely in the quality and/or categories contracted, in terms of carriers, hotels and car lessors means, regardless of the ultimate provider of the services, unless it is expressly agreed that these will invariably be provided by a particular SUPPLIER. Once the air tickets are issued in favor of The "USER", PRICETRAVEL is not responsible for any change of itinerary, or for any change or error in data provided by The "USER" for the issuance of air tickets as may be the case of names, surname, age, sex, dates, routes, airlines, classes, categories, among others.

Therefore, PRICETRAVEL, makes the "USER" aware of the General Cancellation Policies of the tourist services offered through its "SITE":

  • a) For Hotel + Flight Package Cancellation:
    • Air tickets are not refundable or transferable to another person or airline, except in the event of the passenger’s death.
    • Hotel reservation and transportation is subject to applicable penalties according to the day the cancellation is requested.
    • If you do not request modifications before the start of the trip, the booked services are valid only for the dates specified in the booking coupon.
  • b) For Cancellation of Air Transportation Reservations:

    When completing a flight reservation, either in a package or flight only, the charge to the credit card of the "USER" is instantaneous, to be able to issue (or generate) the ticket of the PROVIDER, generating a confirmation number, so once the ticket is issued, It has the following restrictions:

    • Tickets issued are non-refundable.
    • Tickets are not transferable to another person or to another airline.
    • All changes to the date and time of the flight generate extra charges and are subject to availability.

    For date and time changes on airline tickets:

    If the "USER" needs to change the time or date of his flight, he should contact the Travel Advisor. All changes are subject to availability. The earlier the change is requested, the more likely it will be to find seats available on another flight.

    Additional charges for ticket changes depend on the dates the "CUSTOMER" wishes to travel, the policies of each airline and the demand for each flight.

  • c) For Cancellation of Hotel Reservations:

    • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival date apply a 10% charge.
    • Cancellations made from 3 to 14 days prior to arrival date apply a charge of 2 nights.
    • Cancellations made 0 to 2 days prior to arrival date apply a charge of 100%.
    • If the room is marked as non-refundable, non-refundable or similar, a 100% penalty applies regardless of the date you request cancellation.

    Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, time of year or room type. The "USER" may review the specific policy that applies to the selected hotel during the reservation process.

    Cancellations in high season and holidays:

    Christmas, New Year, Easter, summer, and holidays such as February 5, May 1, September 16, November 20 and dates designated by the hotels.

    • Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival date have a 10% charge
    • Reservations canceled 15 to 29 days prior to arrival date, have a charge of 2 nights
    • Reservations canceled less than 15 days in advance have a 100% charge

    In case you have to leave the hotel before the end of your stay (early departure), or do not show up at the hotel (known as no show) it is considered as a cancellation and no refunds apply. If you reduce the number of guests once the reservation has been paid, it is up to the hotel to apply penalties or refunds.

  • d) For Cancellation of Tour Reservations and/or Ground Transportation:

    At the time of booking, the cancellation policies applicable for the Tours or the Ground Transportation in question, a link (link) and a checkbox (acceptance box) will appear on the screen that must be activated in order to continue with the reservation and learn about the general cancellation policies.     • No refunds apply if you do not show up at the agreed meeting point to start the tour or to transport you to the place where you will take the tour.
    • All modifications are subject to availability and authorization from the SERVICE PROVIDER.

    Some tours and activities are not subject to cancellation.

    • Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to arrival date - a charge of 10% applies.
    • Cancellations made from 0 to 2 days before arrival date - a charge of 100% applies.
    • No refunds apply if the passenger(s) do not show up at the airport on the day the transportation service is scheduled

    These policies also apply to canceling reservations made on fixed payments.

    • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled bus departure time - a charge of 10% applies.
    • Cancellations made 0 to 2 days prior to scheduled bus departure time - a charge of 100% applies.
    • No refunds apply if the passenger(s) do not show up for the bus departure.
    Car Rental:
    • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the scheduled schedule for car rental - a charge of 10% applies.
    • Cancellations made 0 to 2 days before the scheduled schedule for car rental - a charge of 100% applies.
    • No refunds apply if the passenger(s) do not show up for car rental.
    • Cancellations made 90 days or more before the cruise departure date - a charge of 10% applies.
    • Cancellations made 45 to 89 days before the cruise departure date - a charge of 50% applies or the amount paid as a deposit.
    • Cancellations made 30 to 44 days before the departure date of the cruise - a charge of 75% applies.
    • Cancellations made from 0 to 29 days before the departure date of the cruise - a charge of 100% applies.

    Some Royal Caribbean fares are subject to the non-refundable deposit policy, which applies penalties depending on the itinerary. An exchange fee of $1,270 USD per guest may apply. Call PRICETRAVEL to verify the policy that applies to your cruise.

    Cancellation policies may vary depending on the cruise line, time of year or type of cabin selected. The specific policy that applies to the selected cruise can be reviewed during the booking process.

    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: 10%.
    • Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before departure: 25%.
    • Cancellations made 7 to 14 days or more before departure: 35%.
    • Cancellations made 1 to 6 days before departure: 50%.
    • No show: 100% charge
  • e) General Rules for Cancellation of Travel Insurance:
    For Travel Services Certificate:
    • Cancellations made 6 days or more after the date of purchase apply a charge of 100%, as long as the trip does not start within 5 days after the date of purchase.
    • In case the trip starts within 5 days after the date of purchase the insurance will be non-refundable from the moment of completing the payment of the service.
    • It is not possible to cancel insurance if you have made use of the coverages described in the plan (insurance claim)
    For Cancellation Insurance for Any Reason:
    • The insurance is not cancellable or refundable because it takes effect from the moment the payment for the service is completed and expires 48 hours before the trip begins.
    • The amount paid for the insurance is not refundable in any case.

Law of Retraction and/or Withdrawal
Passenger’s power to withdraw or retract

Based on Article 56 of the Federal Consumer Protection Act, the passenger may request the cancellation of the contracted services within the first five working days after the date of purchase of the services.

In these cases, the carrier or travel agency may withhold a sum of money, in accordance with the provisions of this paragraph.

The carrier or travel agency, in accordance with the conditions of the fare, may retain the agreed percentage, which may not be higher than 10% of the value received by way of fare, excluding fees, taxes and administrative fee. The retention made to the passenger shall be made in favor of the carrier.

The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply in the case of promotional fares offered by the carrier, in which case it shall be applied in accordance with the conditions offered.

Promotional fares may not be published or offered until their conditions are registered with the Air Transport Office of the UAEAC.

The airline and/or travel agent must refund the money to the passenger within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal.

If the passenger cancels the trip by giving notice to the travel agency that made the sale of the ticket as an intermediary, it will proceed to the reimbursement of the money to the passenger once the airline makes available the corresponding amount, without prejudice to the term of thirty (30) days provided for in the preceding paragraph for the refund of the money to the passenger to be made effective.

User's obligations

  • 6. With respect to the terms and conditions and/or policies of the DIRECT SERVICE PROVIDERS.     • Any failure or fault on the part of the direct SUPPLIER in providing the service;
    • Any failure or fault on the part of the "CLIENT" when enjoying the contracted services;

    • Cases of force majeure or fortuitous cases such as strikes, delays, flight cancellations, earthquakes, war conflicts, hurricanes, and in general any other event that is unpredictable and not attributable to PRICETRAVEL;
    • Failure of the "CUSTOMER" to follow instructions, including, but not limited to flight departure times, time and date of arrival and departure at hotels, and coupon redemption policies;
    • Any other event not under the direct control of PRICETRAVEL.

Any claim or written notice against PRICETRAVEL shall be received no later than 30 (thirty) days after the return of your trip; the "USER" shall be responsible for verifying that the final PROVIDER has special services such as access, comforts and services for people with different abilities, physical or of any other type, which is suggested to the USER before making the Reservation. The "USER" shall be responsible for reading and adhering to the terms and conditions and/or policies of the final SERVICE PROVIDERS.

The full refund will not be applicable in situations in which the trip has to be cancelled, interrupted and/or postponed by PRICETRAVEL, for reasons beyond its control causes of force majeure, stated, but not limited to weather, hurricane, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, etc., and in which the contractual obligations of PRICETRAVEL with its SUPPLIERS do not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the sum paid or to be paid to the PROVIDER on behalf of the customer. In any case, at PRICETRAVEL’s discretion, 10% (ten percent) of the total amount paid for the Reservation through mediation and/or service charges may be retained. There is the possibility, at the time of the claim, that the validity of some prices has expired or comes from information erroneously provided by those SUPPLIERS with which the PRICETRAVEL database is fed, however, PRICETRAVEL, takes care to check the rates that apply with each Reservation. In case the correct price is lower than the quoted amount, PRICETRAVEL will apply the lower amount. In case the correct price is higher than the quoted amount, the assigned Travel Advisor will promptly contact The "USER"informing him of the correct amount or registering the cancellation of the Reservation at his request for not agreeing to the price increase, in which case PRICETRAVEL will refund him 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount paid, expressly releasingPRICETRAVEL from any liability or compensation for inconvenience caused by such cancellation.

In the event that the contracted services could not be provided partially or totally by the PROVIDER, PRICETRAVEL may only on certain occasions manage on behalf of the "USER" the refund of the amount that applies, PRICETRAVEL is relieved of any major liability or commitment in cases where the refund for the total or remaining amount is not reimbursed by the SUPPLIER.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and anything service or product sold in its INTERMEDIARY capacity by BTC AMERICAS CORPORATION through its website shall ​be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of laws and all disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought and resolved solely and exclusively in the State Court located in Delaware, US.

High standard of cleaning

Derived from the COVID-19 pandemic that has affected the world, most of our business partners (hotels, transporters, tours and airlines) have implemented safety and health protocols with the aim of providing our Customers with a quality service and a safe holiday.

PRICETRAVEL has called it "High standard of cleaning" and you will find the distinctive symbol when you book a product.

We reiterate that all hygiene and safety protocols adopted by the final Suppliers are the responsibility of the latter, so PRICETRAVEL does not assume responsibility for the efficiency of those protocols


PRICETRAVEL, as an intermediary between Final Suppliers and Customers, publishes in good faith the information appearing on this "SITE" itself which is provided and uploaded to the "SITE" by Final Suppliers. Therefore it cannot be guaranteed that it is free from inaccuracies and typos, so the SITEwill not be liable for any errors or omissions that may exist on the "SITE" with respect to the information provided by the Final Providers. The obvious mistakes (including description of travel products and services, photographs, amenities, general product descriptions, printing errors, typographical errors and currency conversion calculation errors, price errors in general, etc.) shall not be binding. In case of an error of fees charged by the Final Provider that affects the price of a confirmed reservation, PRICETRAVEL and its "SITE" are expressly authorized to modify the affected reservation according to the updated information provided by the Final Provider to reflect the correct rate, upon notification to the "USER". In such a case, if applicable, the "USER" will be offered the possibility of keeping his reservation pending at the correct price or the reservation will be canceled without applying any penalty, according to the Final Provider’s own policies.
