Ormond Beach is located in Florida, between the Tomoka River and the Atlantic Ocean. It is a destination with rivers, lakes, and white sand beaches that became popular among entrepreneurs and wealthy individuals, as John D Rockefeller, since the late 1880s. Today, the city has hotels, restaurants, and multiple outdoor options for family entertainment; most of them are concentrated on Ormond Beach Main Street.
Within the territory of Ormond Beach you can find Tomoka State Park, where you can do canoeing through the mangroves; and the main beach of Ormond Beach, which is ideal for sailing trips and sometimes it allows surfing. Opposite this beach is Ormond Beach's Andy Romano Beachfront Park, with playgrounds.
The Ormond Memorial Art Museum features exhibitions of painting and other disciplines, workshops and classes taught by local artists, and even a botanical garden. Another site is the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center, presenting various music and dance performances.

One of the most recurrent attractions in the city is The Loop, surrounded by stunning green landscapes where you can see trees, palm trees, lakes, and animals of the region. In addition, within a short distance you can visit Daytona Beach, recognized as the "World's Most Famous Beach".
