Grand Oasis is an all-inclusive beachfront hotel in Cancún that offers a unique entertainment program. The resort features live shows, box, concerts, festivals, theme parties, and surprise shows such as those presented in the 400-meter (1,312 ft) long pool area, which is the largest in the destination. Its restaurants and bars serve Japanese, Mexican, Italian, Asian, and seafood specialties. There are also beach clubs with Balinese beds, sun loungers, pools, and food services.
The hotel consists of a pyramidal structure with two buildings on the sides, which houses 613 guest rooms and suites. All accommodations have Mexican minimalist decoration, balcony or terrace, minibar, and coffeemaker. Some rooms can accommodate up to 3 minors and 2 kids for free all year long. The property includes a casino, a Spa with temascal, conference facilities, stores, a fitness center, a multipurpose court, and a marina.
The property is 550 meters (1,804 ft) from the Mayan Museum of Cancún, 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) from the Archaeological Site of El Rey, and 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) from La Isla Shopping Village, the most popular mall in the area. Cancún International Airport (CUN) is 16 kilometers (10 mi) away.

***Students and young travelers from 18 to 25 years old traveling without a parent or legal guardian must pay a mandatory non-refundable policy of $30.00 USD per person at check-in, in the Spring Break season from February to April.

Coyote Loco and Kinky Night Club are for adults only. The VIP section of the Oasis Beach Club generates an extra charge. Cocoa Beach Club generates an extra charge.
