Posada Real de Chiapas is located in the colonial city of San Cristóbal de las Casas, in the Mexican state of Chiapas, within a neoclassic-style mansion dating back to the 19tth century. The hotel offers panoramic views of the Valley of Jovel from the terrace, while the restaurant serves regional and international dishes; there is also a bar. The front desk at the hotel is open 24 hours and provides luggage storage and tour assistance. For an extra charge, registered guests have access to conference facilities, a business center, and room service. Each guest room and suite at the property pays a tribute to the local weavers with the exhibition of their works of art, as well as being equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, flat-screen cable TV, and in-room safe.
