Registered guests enjoy exclusive benefits, such as the early access (one hour in advance) to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ or Universal´s Volcano Bay™ (a valid ticket to the theme park is required), and complimentary transportation to the other parks. In addition, you can pay with your room key within the resort, request shopping delivery to the hotel from Universal shops at no extra charge, enjoy complimentary access to CityWalk™, and selected attractions during your stay. This hotel is ideal for families, with 750 standard guest rooms and suites with two bedrooms. All accommodations are fitted with WiFi, telephone, and flat-screen cable TV and pay-per-view movies. The suites have a kitchen, table and chairs, and a bathroom with shower. The property has a surfboard-shaped pool, a food court, a bar, a coffee shop, and room service with freshly made pizzas, as well as a game room and a Universal Studios Store™.
